Our Vittoria bar uses exclusively herbs and essences from our garden, including basil, mint and rosemary. One of the most renowned local products is undoubtedly limoncello. Obtained from a careful selection of lemons, exclusively peeled by hand, to further enhance the aroma of the liqueur

Alessandro Pisani’s journey at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria began in 2007. Step by step, with passion, humility, and dedication, he grew under the guidance of our beloved Salvatore Fusco first and later of Gerardo Oliva, learning that true mixology is not just about cocktails, but about care, detail, and creating memories.
Today, as Head Barman of Bar Vittoria, Alessandro leads our team with creativity and heart, offering guests unique experiences where tradition meets innovation one cocktail at a time.
